We all know that running is very important. It has a positive effect on our mental and physical state. Just some of the benefits that affect on our health are: better blood pressure, reduced risk of heart attack and heart diseases and reduce risk of obesity and overweight problems. Besides these benefits, there are many more. The only way to see them all is to run. Also, running is important for your mental state. You will think better and have a better creativity. Your brain will be full with oxygen after you ran, so it will perform daily tasks better.
You probably knew all of these. There are no many people who don’t know how much running is important. But the main problem is time. Many people are too busy, so they don’t have time for running. Beside work, house tasks and social life, running is an option extra.
An interesting fact is that you have time for running, but you don’t appreciate it. For example, how many of you travel to work with a car? It is a much better solution to run to work and back home. If your work is too far away, go with a car until you reach 5 miles to the job and then run.
You also have weekends. The main problem here is that you don’t want to run. Don’t tell that you don’t have 10 minutes in 2 days. Stop being lazy and start running. After you exercise, you will be a happier and even more important healthier person. Now you know why people who run every day are happier than lazy people.
