Vajrasana (Diamond Pose)

Also known as the thunderbolt pose, it plays a major role in improving the level of digestion, ensuring better absorption of nutrients, promoting weight gain.

Pavanamuktasana (Wind-Relieving Pose)

This pose is normally advised for alleviating assorted gastric problems, including indigestion and constipation. Better the digestive power, the better the nutrient absorption for your body.

Savasana (Corpse Pose) for Balancing the Mind and Physical Body
